Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the source code and intellectual property rights to your custom-developed MVP. ConvertLandingPage retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in development.

5. Limitation of Liability

ConvertLandingPage's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, except as specifically stated in your service agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ConvertLandingPage is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
